Carrot Cake Bliss Balls



1/2 cup Dates, pitted

1/2 cup Raisins

1/2 cup Ground Almonds

1 cup Rolled Oats

1 cup Carrot, grated

1/4 tsp Cardamon

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 tsp Nutmeg

1 tbsp Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Almonds, chopped



1. Blend all the ingredients except the chopped almonds in a food processor until well combined.

2. Take tablespoons of the mixture and roll into balls.

4. Roll the balls through the chopped almonds to coat evenly.

5. Place the balls in the fridge to firm up for an hour or so before serving.

Makes approx. 10 balls.
